Provide a list of nominees to December 4, Voters Assembly Meeting
From the By Laws:
The list of available candidates shall be published and available to voting members throughout the four weeks preceding the Annual Election Meeting. The Nominating Committee shall publish the list in the church bulletin or by special mailing. Following the publication of the Nominating Committeeโs list, each voting member may submit to the committee additional names to include on the list of nominees. Such names must be submitted at least twenty days before the date of the Annual Election Meeting and, if so, shall be placed in nomination provided the following conditions hold: 1
November 6, 2016 our Nominating will present the current list of nominee's to the Voter's through the Newsletter (bulletin).
